K Blue class news

Kindergarten Blue are excited to be sharing their learning. K Blue have been using Bluebots to introduce them to simple programming while consolidating concepts such as using positional language, sequencing, estimating and measuring.

K Blue have also been enjoying learning about capacity during maths with their pre-service teacher Miss Amany. They have been using the language of full, half full, empty etc. and comparing different size containers using hands on learning to see which has the greater or smaller capacity. 

In number K Blue have been consolidating their number sense of numerals 0 - 10 and have a sound understanding of representing numbers in different ways.
